Torre degli Agli street – Phase 2 Jet-grouting and excavation.

The construction site foresaw the excavation for the construction of wooden housing buildings built in Florence. To complete the works carried out in the Via Torre degli Agli building site in phase 1, diaphragm’s costruction, the second phase is followed, a bottom plug made using the jet-grouting method and the subsequent excavation. The jet-grouting was carried out with the bi-fluid method by columns ø 1.200mm. made using the Tecniwell TW600 motor pump, Tecniwell TWM30 mixer and with the classic Casagrande C6 drilling machine, replacing the struts that were planned in the project used for shoring the diaphragms. The result of the jet-grouting has allowed the suppression of the struts digging without any obstacle transversal of the excavation.
